Located in Buellton California in the heart of the Beautiful Santa Ynez Valley and Santa Barbara wine country, DorWood Distillery is a true grain to bottle hands on Distillery making each batch small and hand crafted the old world way. Everything we do is handmade and made onsite. We even print our own bottles. Using only the finest natural material sourced as close to home as possible, DorWood uses these ingredients to make truly Sophisticated Spirits. We distill everything on site and we only use the Hearts and discard the Heads and Tails for a purer cleaner tasting spirit.
From the Vodka made from Santa Barbara County wine that has a velvet creamy mouth feel, our 9 hand selected botanical G7 Gin that is a floral bouquet in the mouth that taste like spring in a glass, the Limoncello that is incredibly balanced to our Unaged White Hawk Mesquite Smoked Malt Whiskey . The one word associated with all of our products is “Smooth”. Our goal is to make each product able to stand on its own before any mixers are added. Every bottle is made from our heart and soul. ​
When you visit DorWood Distillery you are immersed in the whole distilling, aging and tasting process. You can see , hear and smell everything from start to finish.
